Our dedicated employees are a key to the success of Steele Solutions. We work hard to make both of our locations great places to work – where employees know their contributions are valued and rewarded. We want them to look forward to coming to work each day. We’re glad to learn that for the third straight year, we’ve been named among southeastern Wisconsin’s “Best Places to Work.”
The award comes from the Milwaukee Business Journal. We’re in the “extra large” category of employers to earn the award, including notable organizations such as the Milwaukee Bucks NBA basketball team.
To earn this award, a significant number of our employees had to fill out a survey regarding working conditions. We thank them for their responses, and promise to continue to strive to be a great employer.
