MILWAUKEE, WIS (January 3, 2025) – Steele Solutions Inc., a leading manufacturer of structural steel work/equipment platforms, material handling chutes, and public-safety security lockers, announced the acquisition of MiTek Mezzanine’s North American business. This strategic move further strengthens Steele Solutions’ industry leadership, increases capacity, and enhances service for industrial and warehouse customers across North America.

The acquisition includes MiTek Mezzanine’s operations in Waupaca, WI, and office personnel in New Berlin, WI, who will transition to Steele Solutions. The transition was completed on January 1, 2025, reinforcing Steele Solutions’ manufacturing capabilities alongside its existing facilities in South Milwaukee, WI, and Tiffin, OH.
