Millennials-Perfect Fit for Supply Chain Jobs

by Kevin O'Neill

Technology, global impact, growth opportunities and new experiences are all job traits millennials are looking for. The supply chain industry offers all of these.  In order for the material handling industry to recruit millennials it needs to present jobs as creatively problem solving every day.

Employee testimonials tell what it’s like working in the supply chain and can be leveraged in social media, websites, career day speeches and on-campus recruitment.

Millennials want to get things done quickly, job information has to be easy to access and online applying processes need to be easy and streamlined.
