Steele Solutions Inc. is the nation’s leading designer and manufacturer of platforms and mezzanines used to support equipment in distribution, fulfillment and sortation centers throughout the United States. We also design and build structures to support and access equipment in numerous other industries, with installations in every state and throughout the world.
We launched our company in 1996 with a deep passion for customer care. Our customers quickly came to appreciate the “Steele Solutions Experience” – our approach to business that goes beyond customer service.
We remain privately owned, with our three owners very active in the business on a day-to-day basis, helping guide the company to continually achieve the “Height of Excellence” for our customers.

We now have more than 250 employees who work in our two facilities in Milwaukee County: our 80,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing plan in Franklin, and our 280,000-square-foot manufacturing plant and office in Milwaukee.
