Our owners are Kevin O’Neill, CEO; Aaron Lauber, CFO; Matt McBurney, President; Steve Wallace, CRO; and Terry Young, VP of Engineering. They are all active in the day-to-day operations of the business and lead a staff of more than 450 people dedicated to excellence.

Steele Solutions Inc. is the nation’s leading designer and manufacturer of platforms and mezzanines used to support equipment in distribution, fulfillment, and sortation centers throughout the United States. We also design and build structures to support and access equipment in numerous other industries, with installations in every state and throughout the world.
We launched our company in 1996 with a deep passion for customer care. Our customers quickly came to appreciate the “Steele Solutions Experience” – our approach to business that goes beyond customer service.
We remain privately owned, with our three owners very active in the business on a day-to-day basis, helping guide the company to continually achieve the “Height of Excellence” for our customers.
Our approach to business has been recognized by our customers, industry associations, and by the media. We have been recognized with awards from the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC), Inc. magazine and Entrepreneur magazine for fast growth and business excellence. In 2017, 2018, and 2019, the Milwaukee Business Journal named us one of the “Best Places to Work” in the metro Milwaukee area.

Our company is active in industry associations and respected through leadership in the material handling sector. Our company president, Kevin O’Neill, has served in positions on the boards of the Storage Manufacturers Association (SMA), MHI, and the MHI Education Foundation (MHIEFI).
We now have more than 450 employees who work in our three facilities in Milwaukee County: totaling over 500,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 85,000 square feet of warehouse space.
