Steele Solutions Earns 'Most Valuable Supplier' for 3rd Straight Year
Steele Solutions Inc., has earned the prestigious 2018 MVS (Most Valuable Supplier) Award for a third consecutive year. The MVS Award is granted by the industry’s trade association, MHEDA (Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association), recognizing companies that have demonstrated an exemplary commitment to their dealer network, their employees and their community.
To qualify for the MVS Award, Steele Solutions had to meet a series of criteria in a number of areas important to the distributor companies that do business with the mezzanine and work platform manufacturer.
In addition to confirming an on-going commitment to safety and documenting a program that “gives back,” MVS Award winners have to demonstrate an overall commitment to business excellence by documenting programs in the following areas:
- Industry Advocacy
- Distributor Advocacy
- Business Networking
- Continuing Education
- Business Best Practices
“We are honored to receive the MVS award for a third consecutive year,” said Kevin O’Neill, president of Steele Solutions. “As a member of MHEDA, we value the organization’s promise to serve the material handling industry by offering education, training, benchmarking and best practices for distributors and manufacturing companies worldwide.”
Mike Wall, president of Container Systems, a Steele Solutions strategic partner stated, “Steele Solutions has worked with us as a partner rather than a just a supplier. They understand the challenges that the distributor faces and work with us to make sure that we remain profitable and end user customers come back to CSI for all future projects.“
“MHEDA’s MVS Award winners represent a commitment to excellence in managing their business and in providing outstanding support to the distributor,” said Buddy Smith, MHEDA’s 2017 Chairman of the Board and CEO of CMH Services in Columbia, S.C. “MHEDA is proud of all the MVS winners.”
